Prince William may be posted in the Falklands
Adam Helliker of the Express reveals that Prince William is to be sent to the Falklands, where the RAF is beefing up its defences amid renewed aggressive noises from the Argentinians.
Despite this renewed tension, the RAF is making provisional plans to post Prince William for a tour of duty in the Falklands, where his uncle Prince Andrew served as a helicopter pilot in the fierce fighting of the last conflict, which cost the lives of 255 British combatants.
“Crews do relief stints out in the Falklands, where we operate Sea King helicopters for search and rescue, and it’s being pencilled in for William sometime down the line,” says a senior RAF source. “He’ll do a couple of months there.”
If so, it means more time away from girlfriend Kate Middleton. William currently rents a cottage in RAF Valley, and Kate often comes to visit during the weekends.

do the media have to report on everything that young slat is doing ? Let the palace folks have him experience what live is really about in the military. By actively seeking military deployment to Falklands. They certainly did not make such a fuss over Prince Andrew and he served as a pilot during the Falkland war. So knowing that the British are having enough of the Monarchy, and that the British government is asking Queen Elizabeth II to cut down spending and her stuff. Why not let the poor dude live his own life? Hence why do we need Monarchy anyway? They do not have any say whatsoever , in the politics in their country?
