Ah, memories! Retrace Prince Charles’ life by looking back at previous Christmas cards sent out by the prince in the last 30 years and how they tell the story of his adult life — through marriages, fatherhood and affairs.
For this year’s card, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, took to the slopes. The snap adorning their latest greeting was taken at Birkhall on the Queen’s Balmoral Estate in Scotland in January, and shows the couple relaxed and
laughing casually in the snow. The image is in stark contrast to the formal portraits the heir to the throne has often chosen to decorate his seasonal messages, and was selected in part no doubt because it best sums up what 2010 has meant for the couple.

Kate Middleton Fashion Fever Hits NY
She’s not quite a royal yet, but after Michelle Obama, American women – particularly New Yorkers – have turned to another fashion icon for inspiration… princess-to-be Kate Middleton.
The hair. Women are copying Kate’s chocolate, wavy, bouncing hair. Hair salons can get up to 20 requests for her hairstyle.
The sapphire ring. The blue sapphire engagement ring is also a hit. Jewelers have been inundated with orders for the past month. Instead of usually selling 3-10 rings per day this season, they’re selling between 50 – 75 per day.
American Vogue’s European Editor Hamish Bowles believes Ms Middleton could have an enduring impact in Manhattan, and beyond. “I think she’s extremely elegant and that idea of being manicured and groomed and effectively pulled together actually resonates with New York women. There is a classicism in her choices that projects fashion but not outrageously so. I think what’s remarkable is that so early in the process she has found an identity of her own and that is something that will enhance her authenticity. This is someone we are going to be deeply compelled by for a long time to come.”

Anarchists to target Royal Wedding next…
Gangs of anarchists are plotting to wreck the Westminster Abbey wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, it emerged yesterday. Police intelligence reports reveal how anti-capitalist thugs around the world are being urged to descend on London for the wedding on April 29 next year.
An internet campaign is already building to amass a mob and stage a major demonstration on the Prince’s wedding day. Websites linked to a range of groups have posted obscene messages about the couple while trying to combine a demo against the Royals with a May Day protest against big business.

Royal Circle News: Prince Charles’ godson to marry dreaklocked girl

The Hon Nicholas Knatchbull and single mum fiancee Zeaphena Badley
As heir apparent to one of Britain’s most illustrious titles, the Honourable Nicholas Knatchbull has a gilded and privileged life. When he inherits the title Lord Brabourne from his father, he will also come into a fortune estimated at £100million. The contrast with his new fiancee’s background could hardly be starker.
Zeaphena Badley was 15 when she had her first child. Her second was born two years later.
Knatchbull, 29, who has battled addiction to drugs including crack cocaine since his schooldays, proposed to Anglo-Jamaican Zeaphena shortly after the engagement of his childhood friend Prince William, and announced the news to his friends last week

I don’t care for Kate’s style because it’s too safe. The only time I like her style was when William and her briefly split. She wore youthful, sexy but not vulgar, age appropriate outfits. Since then, as same as before the breakup, her clothes are too conservative. Honestly I sometimes feel that she looks more like Camilla then Diana. She should take some tips from the Monaco Princesses, Carla Bruni or even British first lady Samantha Cameron because they know how to look glamorous but appropriate all the time, other European Princesses are either a hit or miss with their outfits.

“anti-capitalist thugs”.
Let me see if I understand this correctly. If you’re anti-capitalist, you’re a “thug”? If you are trying to stand up against exploitation, you’re a thug?
The press is propagandizing that the protestors were intentionally targeting the royals. The students were protesting tuition hikes, and C&C were simply at the wrong place, at the wrong time. These students’ economic plight just got worse, and they’re supposed to control their anger when 2 tax-payer subsidized millionaires drive by?
Get real. The working class is just trying to make their voices heard. They’ve been pushed and shoved. I don’t condone violence, but to call an anti-capitalist a “thug” is disgusting. The only thug there was that police officer who nearly killed that student with his truncheon.
