Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, turned fifty on February 19. A series of celebrations marked the event.
He spent his birthday weekend in the slopes of Verbier in Switzerland skiing with ex-wife Fergie and their daughters Princess Beatrice,21, and Eugenie, 19. Article: Daily Mail
On Thursday, Feb 25, the Queen threw a private bash with 300 guests in Buckingham Palace.
On Friday, Feb 26, he had a party with a star-studded This Is Your Life show at St James’s Palace. Ex-wife Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson and daughters Beatrice and Eugenie arranged a film with highlights of his life. It was screened before 100 guests in the state apartments. Naomi Campbell, Liz Hurley, Sir Anthony O’Reilly, Sir David Tang, and Sir David Frost were among the guests. Article: Express
