– William & Kate made a pact in 2007. He told her she’s the one, and she in return agreed to wait for him.
– Kate may not have to wait too much longer. 2011 looks promising for a wedding
– Harry and Chelsy are “off” right now but she doesn’t rule out a reconciliation
– Harry set up a naughty voice mail for the Queen
