It’s been a while since we last saw pictures of Chelsy Davy.  While boyfriend Prince Harry is busy with helicopter training, Chelsy is making the most of her year off before starting her job as a solicitor at Allen and Overy.  Uber cool as always, she was spotted on March 12 on a balcony in South Africa – short shorts, black fingernails, cigarette in hand, and showing some dance moves.  Rock on, Chelsy!
